This QC Engineer is independent of production or other manufacturing departments, but is familiar with material codes, mandatory and supplementary testing requirements, mechanical and chemical properties and selection of material. The engineer engages with, co-ordinates, and performs tests in presence of external inspection agencies and/or customer’s representatives. Documents are signed jointly in accordance with contractual requirements.
